Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund on all our extensions.

Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• An extension does not work as promised / described on our website or extension documentation.
• An extension does not work as expected and this has been verified by our technical support team. 

A refund is not provided when:

• An extension works as promised
• If it has been more than 30 days from your purchase date
• If you are not able to provide access to our support team to invesigate and fix the issue on your website (environment)

Installation and customization services are non-refundable.

Prior to refund you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and in any place and notify us by email.
