  • 1 year of free upgrades (contact us if you need the latest module version)

Extensions purchased for Enterprise edition includes lifetime support (troubleshooting and consultations).

To download the latest version of your extension and continue receiving free support after 1 year from the purchase date, you’ll need to buy an extension renewal (priced at 50% of the current product cost).

Support is provided by email from Monday to Friday (07:00 - 15:00 GMT), the usual response time is within 1-2 business days.

Support does not include installation and customization services.
